Synopsis: Easy ridgewalk with spectacular views.

Trailhead: Blue Heaven peak.

Trail: From Blue Heaven, head north on the ridge. Drop down to the col, and then climb up to the next peak. Beware of the sharp dropoff on the east side the whole way.

This peak is locally known as Ozone by the skiers.

I will post a complete description of the trail past this point later in the summer 2010.

Cautions:

• Stay away from the eastern edge of the ridge. It's a long drop.
• Stay off the cornices.
• Watch for lightning storms.
